Hotline Online course
The approach that we use in peer-support calls is generally known as “Active Listening”. On our hotlines and chats, we place a great emphasis on the Active part of that. Simply put, while listening is very important, we are very careful to actively hear both what is being said, and what isn’t. The specific way that we approach this is the Listen, Ask & Affirm model.
